I had the distinct pleasure of photographing the ordination and capturing the formal portrait of Bishop Elect Stephen Hero in Prince Albert on June 11th, 2021. Prior to his appointment Bishop Stephen was the Rector for 9 years at the St Joseph Seminary here in Edmonton. He has been a very loyal client having me capture all their seminarian grads and group photos since 1998. As Archbishop Richard Smith said in a recent statement ““We have long known that he has wonderful leadership capacity. He will be a wise, gentle, caring, and clear shepherd of the people entrusted to his care.” We will miss your leadership and compassionate approach with all of us here. I wish you all the best in your new journey serving the people in Prince Albert.
